Public And Private Sector Banks, NBFCs And Registrars

In financial services an outage is a customer event before it is an IT event, and the recovery time is a number somebody else has already decided you must meet. Since 1997 we have been building the networks, data centres, branch infrastructure and security behind Indian banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.

Every transaction available, and trustworthy. Downtime, latency and fraud reach the customer long before they reach a report. We build the network and data centre layers that carry transaction traffic, the segmentation that keeps card and payment environments separate, and the monitoring that shows a problem while it is still small.

Board-level IT governance is now a dated obligation. The RBI Master Direction on Information Technology Governance, Risk, Controls and Assurance Practices took effect on 1 April 2024. SEBI's Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework creates graded obligations for its regulated entities, and IRDAI carries its own guidance for insurers. We build the control the objective calls for and leave behind the evidence an assurance process asks to see.

Recovery you have actually tested. A backup is not resilience until somebody has restored from it under time pressure. We measure restore time per service against the number the business can survive, and we run the test rather than describing it.

One risk picture across branch, data centre, cloud and third party. The board needs a single view with named ownership. We produce a list of every control with its owner and where the evidence sits, an access path map, and a rule base annotated line by line, so an audit becomes a retrieval instead of an investigation.

A branch and digital network built for the peak. Growth adds branches, refresh replaces ageing ones, and consolidation folds weaker sites into stronger ones, but none of that carries the load that matters most: month-end volume, a festive-season surge, or the resilience evidence a regulator now expects the infrastructure itself to demonstrate, alongside the application running on it. We build the branch standard and the network beneath it to what the peak and the audit trail both require, down to the port, so site forty behaves like site one.

Premium where minutes cost more than the platform. Resilience is cost-optimal when an hour of outage costs more than the equipment that prevents it. Where the consequence justifies best-of-breed, we specify it and defend the arithmetic.

Where we are useful. Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, Surveillance & Security and Command Centre, joined into one supportable outcome. Secure, reliable and recoverable, at the spend the consequence justifies.
