Meetings do not break because of the camera. They break because the person at the far end cannot hear.

The display is the visible part of the budget and the least likely thing to fail. What fails is a video conferencing room with a hard ceiling, a glass wall and one microphone in the middle of a three-metre table. No amount of kit fixes a room that was never measured.

Geometry earns its place too. A slightly tapered table, wider edge nearest the display, keeps every seat inside the camera frame without anyone leaning in.

Cisco, Crestron, Jabra, Logitech and Poly all do control, camera and audio for a room like this. SECCOM specifies the mix you already run, and states in the design which platform each room is native to and which it joins as a guest.
