A lecture hall can show four bars on every phone and still fail. Coverage and capacity are different problems, and only coverage shows up on a heat map. When the room fills, everyone in it is sharing one radio.
Indian buildings make it harder again. RCC slabs and brick partitions absorb far more signal than the drywall a global seat standard was written against, so the access point count that worked at the parent office is the wrong count here.
The answer is usually placement, not more hardware. That is why the SECCOM number sometimes comes back below the one you were expecting.
Ruckus and Aruba both build managed wireless systems sized for this kind of density. Where a campus is already standardised on one of their fabrics, SECCOM stays inside it, so the wireless, the switching and the access policy behave as one system. Where the harder problem is density, roaming or outdoor coverage, a different platform often suits the building better. SECCOM will tell you which one, before you buy it.
