SECCOM commits to response, not resolution. Response is the part SECCOM controls and can keep every time. SECCOM publishes what that means: what the NOC monitors, acknowledgement time by severity, who escalates and to whom, and what arrives in your inbox each month.

Consult SECCOM for an AMC, renewal and entitlement review. Most estates have contracts ending in four different quarters and licences running on equipment that left.

What you get. A monthly report naming faults, changes, capacity trend and the three things SECCOM recommends next.

One thing to know. Coverage is published here. Contractual restoration targets sit in the agreement, because SECCOM will not print an SLA it cannot meet at 2am on a Sunday.
