Pitch is chosen from the closest viewing position, not the size of the room, and brightness from measured ambient light. It frequently comes back cheaper.
A video wall is bought by size and judged by viewing distance.
On an LED video wall the dimension that decides whether it looks expensive or cheap is the pixel pitch against the nearest viewer, and the nearest viewer is almost never where the render put them. The second dimension is brightness against the light already in the room. A wall specified for a dark studio disappears in a glazed atrium.
