"Rugged" is not a specification. A drop height, an IP rating and a temperature range are.

Every device sold into a plant, a yard or a field site claims to survive it. Only some of them publish the test method, the height, the surface and the number of drops. If the datasheet does not carry those, the device has not been compared with anything. It has been described.
